How To Utilize CPA Marketing To It’s Fullest Potential

You’ve got a business, a high demand business, but your website is lacking, so you could be doing better with what you have. You’re not making money and you can’t figure out why. You’ve set goals but haven’t reached them or haven’t stuck it out to reaching them. You’re totally lost as to what you’re doing and how to do it. You research the best options for you and your business and you come to find that CPA marketing may be the best option for you. But how do you utilize CPA marketing to its fullest potential?

What Does The Term CPA Marketing Mean?

Cost Per Acquisition or Cost Per Action.

What Exactly Is CPA Marketing?

This may be the most risky form of marketing. CPA marketing not related to CPC marketing, which is cost-per-click, it is mainly affiliate marketing. CPA marketing may be tricky to comprehend, but basically, what you put in to your deal is what you hope to get out of your deal or more. Once you have decided on a deal or promotion, place that bad boy on your website or blog. After you’ve purchase the deal or promotion, it will be your responsibility on how you market your purchase of choice.

The “action” portion of CPA marketing can indicate a multitude of things. From a customer purchasing a game to signing up for weekly emails for this promotion or deal.

CPA Networks or Affiliates

Before you start your venture with CPA Marketing, you must first be accepted. To be accepted you must apply. When applying you must have a few things that are necessary. Make sure you know your niche, make sure you know your budget, and make sure that you’re honest about all of your information.

Applying to these networks are simple. Fill out the application, wait 24 to 48 hours. Get your answer. Plain and simple.

What to do if you get accepted?

Find the deals or promotions that fit your niche. It is your job to make money, so make sure your advertisement or headline is big and grand. Something eye-catching that will allow your followers, that trust and know you, to want to click on the ad or sign up for the promotion.

What to do if you didn’t get approved?

If you don’t get approved, which you will know with the phone call that you will receive after your application, make sure you ask why so that you improve yourself for next time. There is nothing saying that you can’t apply again!

Home Business or Blog Vs. Established Company

If you have an established forum or website that you would like to monetize, CPA marketing may be the way to go. Just be aware that if you don’t have traffic on your site, this method may not be the best for you. This method works for sites with high traffic, with a specific niche, to reach out to those followers.

The differences between businesses or blogs from home versus an established company, is experience and connections. But just remember, an established company had to start out somewhere, right? They didn’t just open their doors one day and start making money without trials and errors. Their experience and connections came over a series of time.

Pick The Right Offer… Err, The Best Offer!

There is no “right” offer, but there is a “best” offer for your niche. Think through which offer would be best for your site. Think about the amount of traffic you have on your site. Do you have loyal followers?

Target Audience

Make sure that you have a niche that you would like to promote. If you have fitness website or forum, you may not want to promote a cake giveaway as it may not target your exact audience; Thus resulting in not getting the conversions that you want to make money.

Your target audience is the group of followers that you’ve built a trust with. So you ask, “How do you build trust with your customers?” This goes for internet business’ and in-store business.

  1. Never sell them somethings that isn’t guaranteed. (i.e. If you know that your product is faulty, selling that product to a customer won’t get you loyalty. Only bad reviews)
  2. Consistency. Keep your company consistent through sales, marketing, and customer service.
  3. If you make promises, keep them.
  4. HONESTY. Always be honest with your customers. Honesty will not only gain you loyalty with your customers, it will also keep your customers. Keep in mind, stay honest even when the news is bad.
  5. Speaking of bad news… Assurance! If you have to give your customers’ bad news, assure them that you are there to take care of the problem. Letting them know that you stand behind your company should show them that they should too!

Headlines

Now that you’ve been accepted to multiple CPA networks and you’ve got your promotion that you ready to market, you need to think of a catchy headline and a sub-headline to catch they eye of your customers. For example, if you have a fitness business, a headline such as, “I never thought this would work, but it did!” with a sub-headline as, “this could would for you too! Click to find out!”

Testimonials and Reviews

Have testimonials of clients that tried the product or promotion that you’re trying to sell, such as, “I tried this and it really worked”. Make sure you keep your testimonials honest. Having positive and negative reviews on your site will not only allow your customers to see real life testimonials and reviews, but it will also build a sense of security and honesty.
